Summer Giveaway, October 2026

1. Promoter. The promoter is Isla In Bloom Pty Ltd (ISLA Label), ABN 18 649 575 351, of 5/14 Wheeler Crescent, Currumbin Waters QLD 4223 ("ISLA"). Contact: hello@islalabel.com.
2. Joint promotion. This promotion is run jointly with TJ Swim, Sommeil P, Cacao Collective, Gypsea Sol, Peppermint Grove, Avocado Zinc and Lion Wild (the "Partner Brands").
3. Promotional period. Entries open at 6:00pm AEDT on Tuesday 20 October 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 26 October 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of ISLA and the Partner Brands, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
5. How to enter. To enter, entrants must (a) complete the entry form at islalabel.com/pages/summer-giveaway with their first name, email address, and Instagram handle, and (b) comment on the giveaway reel on the @islalabel_ Instagram account, tagging at least one friend. Additional comments or tags give additional entries. Following ISLA and the Partner Brands is required.
6. Entries. One email entry per person. No limits to entries via Instagram tags.
7. Prize. One winner will receive: an ISLA voucher ($500), an Avocado Zinc voucher ($250), a Lion Wild voucher ($250), a TJ Swim voucher ($250), a Sommeil P voucher ($200), a Cacao Collective voucher ($200), a Gypsea Sol voucher ($200) and a Peppermint Grove voucher ($200). The total prize value is $2,000 (incl. GST). Vouchers are subject to each Partner Brand's own terms, including expiry, are redeemable online only unless stated otherwise, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Draw. The draw will take place at 10:00am AEDT on Tuesday 27 October 2026 at 5/14 Wheeler Crescent, Currumbin Waters QLD 4223, using a random selection process. The winner's entry will be checked against condition 5(b) using the Instagram handle provided. If it doesn't meet the condition, a further entry will be drawn.
9. Notification. The winner will be notified by Instagram or email within two business days of the draw, and announced on @islalabel_ Instagram Stories. The winner's first name and location will be published at islalabel.com/pages/summer-giveaway for 30 days.
10. Claim. The winner must claim the prize by 5:00pm AEDT on Tuesday 10 November 2026. If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw will take place at 10:00am AEDT on Wednesday 11 November 2026 at the same location, and the new winner will be notified within two business days.
11. Privacy. Personal information is collected by ISLA and shared with the Partner Brands for the purpose of running this promotion and for marketing. Entrants can unsubscribe from any brand at any time. ISLA's privacy policy is at islalabel.com/policies/privacy-policy.
12. Cancellation. If the promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond ISLA's control, ISLA may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any directions from a relevant authority.
13. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, ISLA and the Partner Brands are not liable for any loss or damage arising from entry into this promotion or use of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Instagram. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability.
