Not quite right? 

Don’t worry, we want you to love your ISLA clothing, that’s why we offer refunds or exchange for any unworn, unwashed and unaltered items within 14 days of receipt for all domestic customers, and 21 days for all international customers. 


Items temporarily marked down in price on promotion can be returned for a full refund under our normal return policy.


Please note that we do not accept returns on any Clearance Sale items. These are items with 60 - 70% OFF. 

Items should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. 


Where provided any packaging such as authenticity cards and boxes should be included with your return. 


 

A Note About Exchanges...

Popular styles sell out fast, which sometimes means that by the time we receive your return, we no longer have the product available in your size. To avoid disappointment we suggest purchasing the product again in the size you need, and then return your original order for a refund - just a note to take care of your happiness :) 

 

How To Return An Order 


All items should have an ISLA RETURNS FORM placed with the item when sent back to our Returns Team. You’ll find the form enclosed with your ISLA order.

Please note – If you have purchased an ISLA garment from one of our retailers you’ll need to contact them direct for any issues, including returns. 


 

What Happens Next?


Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the return has been completed.

 



Faulty Items 


Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Do I Have To Pay To Return An Item? 


Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it fully tracked for peace of mind.
